Last Sunday, we took a NFTA bus from Downtown Buffalo to Darien Lake! Guess what, it was such a torturous morning because we had to wake up at 7am when we slept at 4am the night before. And the day before we woke up at 7+am too! Haha... But I would say... it was a day well spent! We had all the fun in the world with scaring ourselves mad riding roller coasters all day long. It was brain wobbling, heart thumping FUN! Darien Lake used to belong to Six Flags, so the rides are pretty much Six Flags standard stuff. We got on ALL the roller coasters (except the kiddie one), and boy did it rock. Took a few photos, went crazy and survived the two to three hours ride to and fro our school to Darien Lake on the public transportation system - lots of waiting time, but thank goodness we hardly had to queue when we were there. No QUEUES AT A THEME PARK!? WHOOT!

We reached at like 10.30am, and guess what.. we realized the park opens at 12pm. So before that, the place was extremely deserted...

and then.. TA DAH - the people magically appeared in their cars! WE were the poor souls without cars. Haha.

The FERRIS WHEEL phenomena.

That is an extremely blurry photo of Steph, Me, and Eileen (clockwise from top left) posing on the Superman. See me twisting. LOL. We went on that THRICE.

This is crazy and this is scary: I love the ducks though - so CUTE!

What better way to see the sun set with a carousel, pretty lights and music?

At the end of the day... we're waiting for the bus to take us home. Guess what, when the bus came, it was only the five of us who were on it, and it seemed so much like it was a CHARTERED BUS! lol! That is like the funniest thing ever. $10 for both ways to D-Lake. =_=" Slept all the way!

Last Saturday, we went to a FRUIT PICKING TOUR The farm was nice, pretty interesting, we plucked fruits from the trees to eat - raspberries, pears, peaches. It was really yummy! Well, most of them. =) Afterwards I got myself a blueberry blush wine jelly spread, and then we took A LOT OF CANDID PHOTOS. Check 'em out...

Some .gif animations I made:

How's that for a load of fun?!

Sometimes there's really just no need stay quiet and let all that negative things people say go pass without a proclamation. A right to stand up for what you feel and convey what your thoughts are may have a positive outcome when people misunderstand you and disregard you time and time again. So my dear ol' friend, stand up for who you are. Make yourself comfortable around these somewhat straightforward circumstances that overshadow who you are. Step out of your discomfort at expressing yourself and tell that to the world.

Last saturday we went to Boulevard Mall!!!
It was big, but all spread out over one floor. No basements, no upper floor, nothing complicated. Just a huge sprawling mass of land. There was Aeropostale, Gap, Hottopic, Charlotte Russe, American Eagle Outfitters and many more! I was so thrilled, because a LOT of things were on sale. I got myself a pair of shorts, a jacket, and 2 fedora hats. ALL ON SALE! Whoot. Then the Chinese food at the food court was pretty yummy. YES, it had a food court! $5.10 for a hearty meal. Converts to about $7+ sing. Yeah, kinda expensive food here.

Last night we got together for a "mini reunion dinner". LOL. Ordered Chinese takeout and we squeezed around the small table at the level 3 kitchen to eat. Wow... The lemon chicken is an absolute loser compared to all the lemon chicken I've eaten in Singapore. However, I still like their General Tso's chicken.

Woke up at 11.30 or so today... totally late. There's a journalism class at 7pm later on. I wonder how's it going to be like. Mr. Vogel will finally teach, and we so got to be early to chope seats! 2 more hours. I've been spending the whole day in front of the computer, in my room... Doing pretty much nothing. Listened to Cherlynn's radio show on wrub.buffalo.edu and that's pretty much it. Surfing the web, talking to mom and hong yong...

So well, guess it's time to get ready to collect my textbooks in the mail!

SIGH!

It's 1.29am, and I'm hungry.
My access to cold milk has been barricaded. I guess the two of them are asleep. SHOOT! Dear cornflakes, I guess I'll only be able to eat you tomorrow. Cold milk oh precious milk. Why oh why is this happening?!

Okay. I'm being overly emotional. However, I really wanna eat my cereal with cold milk!
