Oh hey people. Here to rant again!
Well, thing is...

I CAN'T CONCENTRATE ON SCHOOL LECTURES!
This morning I woke at TEN, went down to have breakfast and spent the remaining time watching National Geographic and MTV. Oh crap, now the cable set top box @ the dining area is broken down. *SAD*. I hang out more often at the dining area now... WHY...? The living room's like... WHERE I ALWAYS CHILL!!! okay, probably 'coz it's too big and I don't feel comfy sitting there watching such a huge screen alone.

NOT TRUE.

It's school. It's the homework.

GAHHHH.

Anyway, talking about school lectures~ What up man?! This afternoon's class was generally... SO NOISY I couldn't hear the prof. at all. Goodness!! Therefore, I was generally MOODY till I got my hands on food during the break. Yeah. MOODY. 'COZ I don't get what the *TOOT* the lect. is teaching and reading the textbook doesn't really help. We should move back to our cosy little lecture theatre where we can hear your voice over the speaker. Well, barely it'd still be... but at least we get to hear it.

Right?

Right.

Okay... next. MATHS! For the whole lesson, I was so sleepy, I don't even know what the lecturer is teaching. Not that I don't wanna hear what he's teaching (actually... I can't deny everything) but his explanation of the chapter is really complicated. Or maybe it's just cause I'm feeling lethargic. Like, what's up?! I was in bed at 11.30pm and slept at 12am after helping mum fill up some forms! GOODNESSS... And woke at around 10.30am? I got so many hours of sleep. I shall attempt to do the same thing today. LATEST SLEEPING TIME: 12.45am??? I'll try. I'll try it out. Let's do this quickly.

Haha... The stupid electricity PUB people came to switch off our power today. What assies! NO NO! The guy's just doing his job. It's the dumb company... ARGH. Whatever. Should have had a warning letter a few days back. 15 bucks to reconnect? You people just want $$$. But oh what the... you're the only one who supplies us electricity. CRAP! Otherwise I wouldn't be typing this at home. GAH!

HEY HEY HEY...
NICE HAIR!!!

well... apart from NICE SINGING and playing of the keyboard. I LOVE that band's music!!! Check out Hot Hot Heat people... Their music's so UPBEAT.

That's IT!
Current PLEASANT Ear-worm: Island of the Honest Man - Hot Hot Heat. *winks*

THE EXAMS! THE EXAMS ARE COMING! AHHHHHHHH~ FLEE FOR YOUR LIVES!!!

HOHO, what about yesterday? I went to school and completed two stats questions, one maths question and brushed up a powerpoint assignment. I think it was pretty unproductive. Absolutely unproductive!

But we went for a movie after that! Dreamgirls...
The thing was, we went to Cineleisure, got our tickets, and crossed the road to Centrepoint to have our dinner. THING was, Chingay parade was happening that night and we couldn't cross the road to Cineleisure. GUESS what?! They had to make things difficult for us. We had to walk all the way to Lucky Plaza, get to the underpass and then walk back to Cineleisure from Takashimaya. It sucked and I was like... "WHAT THE?!! ARGHHH! SHIT! WHY'S IT SO SHITTY?!". Obviously we missed the first 15 minutes ++ of the show. Thanks to the CHIN-GAY!

Crap.
Oh well. Let's see if we get to catch the start at Youtube or something. Gah!
What next... Hmm... OH! The movie! LOTS of singing! And... showbiz, yeah... that kinda thing. Very nice though! They all sing very well.

After that, we went to catch the last bits of the Chingay parade... It was my first! I never seen it live before!!! Just that, it was superbly irritating they had to make things difficult for us by closing the roads...! We need more underpasses!!! hahaha...

Hmmm.. we got to see some fireworks too! That was pretty cool... took 2 vids and 2 pics. =]

I know it's blurry. We didn't have a digicam with us at the point of time, so I had to make do with my HP cam, and the CROWD!!!

"SO SPECTACULAR" . . .

**THE VIDEOS are ENLARGED, therefore they're THAT blurry!!!

Chingay Parade, 07.

Chingay Parade 07 Fireworks, BY ME!

Chingy Fireworks, 07 - Loisa.

That's it! Had a ride home on the mrt and dad's car. =]

UGH. Can we forget that?
I know I can overreact to some stuff. SHOOT. *shut up shut up*- to myself. Communication is irreversible!
It's idiotic to make a fool out of myself.
stutter problems, irrelevance, senseless remarks. wth?

CNY. 新年。

Happy Birthday everybody. It's "人日". (thanks Eileen for telling me about the Language tool, I wasn't pissed at the jokes you both were making, I was too whiny, and pissed with the assignments 'coz I had a mental block. Temperamental problems, can't help it!!! THE guy at the corner was CUTE. After I saw his face I know he's cute. SO AGREED?)

NEXT-
photos galore? I DON'T know which to put... It's too many... MAN! What...?

*If you get giddy viewing the marquee, click to view the picture in another window. =]

Okay, Day ONE, we had our usual CNY food, said "Happy New Year" to the relatives who came and got ang paos from them. Then we went to visit some relatives, (I know how to address them, but I can't type 'em out. No, I don't just call them "uncle, auntie". There're words for those. Traditional ones). OH wait. I know the Chinese words. 老姨杖's house and 三老姨's house!
Okay, back to an uncle's(大舅舅) house. Had fun with cousins and even played a little blackjack for fun.

Day TWO. We ate the traditional stuff we get to eat on Day 2! Hmm.. fish... Nice. Oh well, what next..? Nothing much, we just hung around and went out to visit more relatives. 老姑's flat was fab. They had a cool makeover. Oh well, LOVE her Kueh Bo.. Bah.. Lu or something. I don't know the word. THEN, we went to 小老姨's house, the "white house" cos her house walls are all white. LOL. Had some photos taken there, had fun... and then we went to a Chinese restaurant to have our dinner. GOSH, by then we were absolutely, breathtakingly, bloated! But the food was pretty good anyway! :) Then we went back to 大舅舅's house again to "gather and talk".

SO, it was pretty nice. Love the feeling of CNY, we had fun, chatted way long and ate good food. Probably why it's one of my favourite festivals of all time. Actually, I think it IS my favourite. Yeah...

THAT's pretty much it.

p.s. yeah, you do get afraid of some people sometimes. humans are UNpredictable aren't they? *sigh* Perhaps these ramblings don't make sense to you. Then 3825 off. Don't you just love numbers?

OKAY, let's CANCEL EVERYTHING and re-write again okay?
I feel really bad for making things look like I'm pointing faults at people. SO sorry.

It was ALL a BIG FAT JOKE we made okay? Let's laugh about it. Gleefully!!! :D

We were all laming around in the computer lab when we I accidentally found a msn messenger emoticon! Well, we were all *woah and wahed* over it. And then we had to do the stupid comm assignment, which was full of xuete, and so we played with Messenger. SO, we slammed keys and enter them into Loisa's conversation window with Alex, a guy classmate. And it's was jus crappy.. So here's what we got... for playing around with the emoticon "I'm".

Conversation between me and Loisa:

HAHAhA....
very funny... ...

Then, there was this guy sitting at the front row, and I thought they were some people we knew. BUT NO! Obviously, you see things wrong at first glance, what more that the first glances were back views. No one thought that. ONLY ME. Okay? Then, Loisa told me that Eileen thinks that the guy at the corner looks cute. AT that point in time, I haven't got a look at that fella's face. So I commented that that guy looks like some guy we know, and Loisa conveniently had to say I think those two guys we knew were cute. Aiyoooo! hahaha.... as if lah.. =.= """ Super DOTS... all over the place. It's okay. Had a good laugh and WHINING! Then we fooled around with Messenger in our nicks. Everything's NOT real, as in, they were just jokes okay? No, Eileen doesn't think Loisa likes Alex, I was just being mean. And NO, I don't think those two guys are CUTE! haha... not saying that they aren't cute-looking to others, but no, I don't think I would refer to them as being, "Cute". Other things. Good points perhaps, No, not the word, "CUTE". =]

HAHA... done? NO BAD FEELINGS PLEASE! [=.=''']?

I HAVE a problem with overdoing sarcasm perhaps?

Thank you for ruining my appetite, they are nowhere near cute. hahaha... funny ah?

WHAT? Bunny girl? Oh... how cute. =]

What a waste of time.

stupid school. stupid keyboard. stupid mouse. stupid monitor.

YOU SUCK!

But i love your printer to a certain extent.

Why I come to school ah? SO SIAN. I want to sleep lor. PLEASE. LET ME SLEEP! I want to sleep!

I hate the stupid lecturers for making us do so many shitty. YES! SHIT. TY. Assignments over the CNY break.

ILLUSTRATE LATER.

pissed/peeved NOW.

THAT WAS RANDOM. THAT WAS STUPID. WE WERE REALLY SLEEPY AND PEEVED SO WE STARTED DOING SILLY THINGS.

Main thing: I didn't say the guy at the corner was cute lah! Eileen is the one who thought they were cute, and then I said at first I thought it was those 2. But I never agreed they were cute coz I didn't get to see their faces! SO obviously I ain't saying they're cute.

UGH.

BUGGIES!! I wanna be the lazy bug, coz obviously i'm quite lazy.

Gonna post some CNY ramblings and photos soon! HAHAHA... Gonna be nice! *
yay.

WOOOW! Happy Chinese New Year people! I can't believe it. It's the Year of The Pig again. Oh. wait. THE PIG? YEAH! The PIG. hohoho... no no, not Merry Christmas, but.. HAPPY NEW YEAR! Here's the Chinese... 新年愉快. It reads, "XIN NIAN YU KUAI". As in, Happy New Year too. =]

Oh well. It's been fun. The first SURPRISE of this NEW year, Hong Yong slid and fell, causing a chair to fall on him while rushing out of the study room to get to MUM and say "Happy New Year". Gee... *ouch* New year SCARE!

HMMM...

You know what happened today? I went to Mandai Crematorium to pay respects to my maternal grandmother and great-grandmother. It was SO early. But we were late anyway. Reached at say... 10am? Hah. What else... OH! I took some photos. 'Coz we saw this lizard on a tree. So cool. Ri Yu was poking at it with a stick and he had to have a little boy shout "stop it" to him. TSK TSK! So naughty.Then... we went to the HDB Hub! Nothing much... got some famous amos cookies, MUAH CHEE, popiah and long shee tang. Then I got myself 2 pairs of shorts. :) glee. Next... was LUNCH! We didn't have a good one, gor and I ate at a different stall from pa, ma and hy. They ate Laksa, we ate ... fried rice and dumpling soup noodles. Oh well. Their laksa was nice anyway, they said. But mine was uhh. NOT good.

HOME and I did a *spring-cleaning* session in my room! I love the way it looks now! SO CLEAN, so neat. SO organised! I love it! But it wasn't easy man! Took.. say... three hours? For that tiny little room! Goodness... ~

An ACHIEVEMENT! I tried to take some photos with my cellphone. -Was trying out the "panaroma" function. KINDA... cool.
Well, reunion dinner was as usual, it's cool we have so many family members and we aren't like, separated. Still keep in contact. I hope they never have any feud. There was something serious going on just now. A lil scary. Oh well. =.=

Another ACHIEVEMENT!!!
I made a new blogskin for gor, BIG BRO! I think it looks pretty... nice? Haha... He like Bleach, so... Made a BLEACH one. Guess what time I completed it? UHm... 11.58pm? Just before the clock strikes 12. He could totally treat it as a CNY present. Right... haha.

That's about it then... Have a good night. (",)

11:15 pm

Okay, I'm finally getting into the CNY mood... gradually? It seems like this time, it wouldn't be more carefree than usual. We've got so many assignments, I don't know what to do. =[ Try... to think of something else during this short week break we have. I find that I haven't got much to blog these few days... is it a sign of losing interest? It can't be. I spent SO much time and effort on this blog!

Oh the channel 8 comedy at 9pm was so funny! Now I keep saying "xuete"... uhm... You'll get it if you watch the show. =]
Argh.. those stuff were so random. I don't know what's going on in my mind. I can't think of much to write. NO. I must write today! MUST! You know, I don't know how I can be *blur* as in the mind blur, the sotong blur to such a crappy extent sometimes. My mind tends to wander so so far away.

Oh yesterday was Valentine's Day!! I got last minutes present for everyone. The chocolates and toffee sweets were wrapped... and DISTRIBUTED! lol... I'm a little (ok, maybe very very cranky at the moment, actually... since 3 days ago I got extremely crappily cranky) out of my mind. I just.. can't stay put on one subject for a long period of time anymore. I feel like... I'm fluttering from one subject to another and I feel like I've got so many things undone, so many projects of different subjects to do. I know an organiser helps. But still, I'm still feeling that my mind is in a whirl. What with the stupid datelines and the crappy amount of work. I still think... everything is SO disorganized! I've got to do something about it. But when I think of it, I don't even have the energy to do stuff.
Well mother is giving me a really upsetting disposition. Sometimes she gives a smile but all too often she seems pretty much nonchalant and in a world of her own. Probably because of the serious financial problems my family is facing right now something I shouldn't really care about. They honestly need to get their business running properly. I think the bank is absolutely relentless in their pursuit of debts MONEY. Not that we're owing MONEY. A relative has ultimately pinned us some people down due to his muddleheaded-ness in doing his business. I don't wanna delve deeper. Numbers are ultimately very... scary. The money subject is really *complicated*. (and I don't know anything. I should just shut my trap about it and forget all the rubbish I just typed)

To talk about innocent stuff now... I'm honestly really vexed to do so?

Oh well. I got a ride in Jane's new Volvo today! SO COOL. I'm like... WHOAAAA~ I wanna get my own car when I get my license too! Hahaha... If I can afford. It'd be ... SOOOO interesting. Let me think... a apple green peugeot? A mini cooper perhaps. Or something really sporty. Wow. It's so fun. Spoilers, bumpers, sideskirts, vinyls. WOOHOO. Yeah, as if. hahaha...
It was raining pretty badly and it was ALSO the peak hour, so we took awhile... I should have asked her to turn into jalan lempeng and exit the other side! Argh. I think she had to go ALL the way to Jurong just to U-Turn back. Pretty much sucks! But... aww, so nice to have a ride! =] Haahahah...

I think... that's pretty much all the stuff I wanna update? A vday gift to the Blogskins community. I got some pretty "funny" comments... I can't help but.. you know, I get sarcastic sometimes. Hahaha...

Just as well... I didn't like how some people give tactless comments. Not that everyone does. Some are really well and sincere. I love those! The flamers and such should just get lost. LOL.

Oh I've got another skin which was submitted the day before this v.day skin, it's... something I blended together and did when I was feeling a little... you know? BORED.
Well, you could visit those to see my recents. But as far as this blog post goes... I'm done with it for now. Good Night PEOPLE.

I'm so lazy to post in detail.
Uhm, I'd probably I MIGHT (or not) change this post very soon, as long as I get the I wanna blog feeling. =]

FRIDAY, 9th FEB.
I spent the whole day out man!

12pm, KBOX - for the very first time.
I got my lunch fix with a mushroom meat rice set and a dose of sprite. Sweet. Absolutely cosy @ Marina Square. I was so *blurred* I missed the huge entrance to Kbox and walked all the way to the bowling alley. Shijia and Jo were inside already, so we started singing stuff and eating, chatting, just hanging out.

2.30pm, Far East Plaza, here we come! Alright, we went to CD-RAMA, then I checked out the albums I wanted... pricing, NOT so BAD. But I didn't have enough money to spare. SO.
CHIPPY was great. Calamari rings and COLD/HOT Fried mars bars with icecream, SO shiok.
Then it's off to the Neoprint/ Sticker print stations where we get our photo-fix. Uhm, totally dreaded the price, but since it's once in a long time, I agreed to pose that day. *HARHAR*

5.45pm, Time to say goodbye to SJ and Jo... >.<

(shoot, I typed everything and it's lost. STUPID BLOGGER - I WANT TO SLEEP! stupid blogger...)

6pm, Meets the peeps @ P.S., have them take dinner and then walk to the Mind Cafe with them.

MIND CAFE!
So cool...
But absolutely packed. Love the games and the forfeits... =) made it so much funnier. It wasn't very expensive either, I think. We did have some nice food and a mocha float!!

So, check out the vids, courtesy of EILEEN!!! =]

And then...

10.15pm, it's time to leave! After the bones game, card games, uno stacko, taboo, jenga truth or dare, we headed off to the mrt station for a train ride HOME!

What's the difference between a journal and a diary?

I remembered the first time I thought of penning a diary was when I was holidaying somewhere... in a country ... not in Singapore. I got myself an absolutely gorgeous looking diary (which was pretty thin and cheap) - dig the cover though! So I wrote about what I did, and was really deemed on it being a total secret, like what people always say, the diary is where you keep your innermost emotions and thoughts in. No one's supposed to know anything you put in it. AT ALL!

But I wrote not of my thoughts, but the stuff I did that day. It was like I was recording how I spent my day. Oh. Uhm, mom asked me to show it to an uncle of mine to "check" if that was the way a diary entry should be written. I was such a kid. You know... primary school... WHATever. It was so weird. AND he told me I should write about my feelings instead of daily recounts!

UHM.
OKAY~

I wrote some crappy thoughts following that very first post. I think I still have the date and some doodles of a helicopter. Oh. I got myself another diary! It's free. I mean, a gift, from one of the aunts. It was so long ago, of course I can't remember. It's pretty thick. Almost to the brim now. It's really funny reading the older diary entries, and the really kiddy stuff I used to write about. So it's good keeping a diary. Haha. You could whip it out and take some time to laugh about yourself and the silly or pretty cool stuff you ever did.

School's been pretty much the same, feeling the pinch with the assignments coming in. Time sorta flies, I read in one of the communications textbook that when someone is tired, time goes really slowly, and when they're really energetic, time flies by like... SPEED. Haha... Oh well. Maybe.

It's just psychological.

I want some stuff. I want to watch Heroes. I want to buy OKGo's album, "Oh No". I want to buy The Automatic's album, "Not Accepted Anywhere". Also, there's The Feeling's album... I want more albums to fill my aesthetic needs. Maslow. Haha. The Hierarchy of Needs. Oh well, just can't remember them.

Been playing some guitar too... but, it's not been pretty good. I know!!! It's my nails. They're too long. At least I know a few chords =] So I could play some songs. I so gotta expand my memory of chords. What else... I haven't been drumming for months. FEELING the URGE! I used to carry drumsticks to school every week in the first sememster. It's so funny now my Tre Cool Zildgian sticks are resting by my bedside. It should be put to good use soon.

OH BTW, I'm really in ♥ with Hot Hot Heat's music!!! And the frontman's HAIR!
Check out their site to check out their spunky music and his absolutely fabulous HAIR!

I've got some shots of my new year shoes and also 2 out of the 3 outfits I'd be wearing!

I like the shoes! The one I haven't taken a shot of is a yellow and long sleeved top, which has a funny looking collar which I'll pair with a weird looking black skirt, though pretty unique... I got that from "MU" -- wood in Chinese. Oh well.

Next thing is...

I felt like I went on a holiday. Haha. Last Friday I went with Mom to the Swissotel The Stamford Hotel where 2nd Aunt and Jo were staying for one night. They're here for 2 weeks. So, I wasn't intending to stay the night but she invited me to and wow, it'd be fun! So i did =]. Hong Yong brought clothes for me. I took lotsa photos! The view? It's just fantastic man. We didn't had such a good view at first but thanks to 3rd Uncle, who knows a high-ranking friend who works there, we got a fresh platter of fruits and a room with an absolutely breathtaking view. It's at the 27th floor!!!

We could see the Esplanade, the Merlion, CBD, Courthouse, CBD ... wow. And the Japanese Occupation war memorial, PLUS the sea! Absolutely beautiful, especially at night. It makes me feel like wanting to stay there over National Day, 'coz it must be real spectacular if the parade were to take place at the Padang. :]

I've labelled the 14 pics on the slideshow! Unless it's labelled that it's from the 8th floor, the other pics are from the balcony, 27th floor. SWEET. :] I could stay there man! If it were a condominium, it'd be super expensive! ahhaha.

I had to lean a lil out of the balcony, with my camera over the balcony ledge to get this shot. WHY did I do that? Oh! By the way, the wind there is really strong. SO SHIOK!

Okay, so we checked out on Saturday. It seemed a lil surreal, the whole hotel thing. One moment, we're like on holiday, the other, we're back to our own lives. Jo and I went window shopping at Orchard, though it was pretty rush. We had omu rice at Taka, which was fab! And then we got ourselves mcdonalds ice-cream. :]

A lil Far East Shopping and I'm off to the new mall at Clarke Quay mrt station, Central. PRETTY COOL decor! Nice. I like it. Big bro got his new year clothes, jeans, blazer, shirt. Nice.

So, that's about it. I wanna have a nice sleep!!!
