Yo-Ho-ho! I FINALLY watched Pirates of the Caribbean, Dead Man's Chest! I absolutely LOVEd to swashbuckling action. SO COOL! Davy Jones is SO uuweegh. Oh but when Capt. Jack got slimed, hahaha... funny. Plus, the storyline is a tad bit messy and confusing. Speech also pose as a problem! Sometimes the way they speak... is really *huh*? I needed to see the quotes at IMDB after that.
Well, I didn't quite like the ending, as if there is any. It just ends awkwardly, with many stuff left unsolved. So, if we wanna know what will happen in the end, I think we'd have to wait till next year for the 3rd installment. Argh... Capt. Jack didn't have much of that "ahkua-type", "drunken fist" thing going on as much as the first... I still think The Curse Of The Black Pearl was somehow more... neat, clear, straight to the point and enjoyable. The 2nd one is just... umm, more EXCITING, more swashbuckling action, more SCARY-lookin creatures and NEW CHARACTERS... yeah... Plus Johnny Depp is such a FANTASTIC ACTOR. WAHAHHAHA! :)
I'd give it 4.5*! Oh, as if I was a good reviewer. Go catch it, it's worth it. I so wanna know what happens at "The World's End". :)hehehem
Oh, and the tix today was only $7. And I got into the Digital Theatre.
OHHHH! And throughout the movie, these two girls sitting beside me kept, "ahhh!", *clapping their hands*, "woooooo!" at Capt. Jack and MAKE A LOT OF NOISE. I so wanted to shout, "SHUT UP!". They were so so so so NOISY. GOODNESS... They couldn't shut up till the end of the movie.
